Thank you for the excellent games matsch.
Two extremely close games and two "take no prisoners" blocking games. And one I would prefer to forget. Take a guess which one?

Thanks for the games rui, everything just went my way tonight. many locos and nice tix to your terrible tix and few locos. I won one game with van mon sea ny and then the next with a draw on the last turn. Rui did all that he could, but not enough against all the luck i had. My ticks: Chi St Fe Denver Pitt

i open 6 orange 6 yellow 4 purple(before some colours open in order to have some 6s to play points and make my ticks not linking)
6 blacks by him.
force him to use the whites(5)
so i go for the link of my ticks 2+4 purple (already placed earlier) 4 blues 3 blacks and then a bunch of 6s (yellow orange, green, reds and whites) making a good gap of score so i can dropp the longest bonus. works perfectly
Game 2
My ticks: Mon N orl Dallas Ny
His: Sf Atl La Miami
He opens 6 blacks and some open drawing making me think south big ones. i block houston n orl also linking my ticks then go north 6 yewllow 6 whites 6 grey 5 blacks 3 blues. but make a mistake leaving 4 green open. he makes his ticks and blocks me.
Game 3
My ticks Port nash La Helena
His: I think win-hous dul houston
My colours dont fit for south route.
Open 6 orange - 6 grey his reply then 5 blacks by him. 6 yellow by me 6 Whites by him. So north battle. he takes 6 pinks so i need to go via chicago. but then his route is slow via kansas (2+1+2+2+1) so i link my route via 6 blues 5 whites to la and using green to nash. longest is mine.
Game 4
My ticks: La Miami La Chi Chi N Orl
His: Van St Fe Cal Pho
Good combo. He holds north. i make him use the 4 greens placing 4 purples. Then 6 grey he uses reds and i reply with 6 orange.
Make my south route nicely and Blubes tryes to block the link to orange that i dont need. Last round he draws still i have 3 blues to close NY and i do it. He had found Sea Ny

TD Tinman - SOS VanRoyal 0-3
1st game: 116 - 123
Tinman started. I kept Vancouver - SF & Duluth - El Paso, dropped Portland - Nashville. Game finished with a draw for longest, but Tinman had the lower tix: Seattle - LA and Denver - El Paso.
2nd game: 77 - 118
I started. I kept Denver - El Paso & Duluth - El Paso, dropped LA - Miami. Tinman had really bad tix: Montreal - Atlanta & Dallas - NY. I finished quickly with longest, leaving Tinman with 14 trains left at the end. Very unlucky for Tinman.
3rd game: 97 - 113
Tinman started. I kept Duluth - El Paso & Kansas - Houston. Again Tinman had worse tix, but I forgot which ones. I think SST - Nash and something else. Luckily I managed to get longest, since Tinman had to play a 2 out of his route to finish his tix. In the end he drew one, but got nothing.
Thanks for the games Tinman, I hope you have better tix and a bit more luck in your next games!

This afternoon - second game of the clash TRUE vs OLE:
True Rui - OLE Masimo 2-3
5 very interesting games - start gave the win each time and I was a bit luckier in the last game.
1. Rui (Se-Ny/Chic-Fe) 123 - Mas (SF-Atl/Port-Nash) 130 //I start - split longest, little more in track and tix points made me win
2. Rui (Win-LR/LA-Chic) 125 - Mas (Van-Mon/Ny-Atl) 81 //Rui starts, initially I thought that was a nice combo to get a break .... but at about 40 cards I had 1 loko, 2 pink, 2 whites .... plenty of green/red/yellow and orange .... no way to get along the top of the field ... after my start with 6 orange Rui took the 6 blanks ... that was it ... i manouvered around NY and the middle of the field ... no chance)
3. Rui (ssm-okla/den-pitts) 107 - Mas (Dul-Elp/Dul-Hou) 118 // I start, interesting game in the middle of the field ... Rui playing nicely with 6 orange/6 white/6 pink - I could take 6 blank, 6 black, 6 green and 6 red connecting via dul/ssm and with 4 pink/5 whites all the way to miami - cause of the 2 from TO to pitts Rui had to give up longest
4. Rui (La-Mi/La-Chic) 122 - Mas (Van-Fe/Den-ElP) 105 // Rui starts ... nothing to say - I planned on finishing fast took a few 6es up north thus played my colours away to successfully block ... 36 in tix and longest due to me taking 6 red were enough to make Rui win
5. Rui (Van-Fe/Dul-ElP) 97 - Mas (Win-Hou/Den-Elp) 114 // I start (luckily - that was one of the keys for my win) another fight in the middle again. Rui started quite early with 6 orange, I took 6 blank Rui 6 yellow, I took 4 pink in the middle ... after a round of taking cards Rui played 5 red ... I answered with one down omaha-kansas, Rui closed 2 omaha-Dul, I had to connect the 6 on blank via chicago-duluth and down south with two to okla, 5 yellow, 6 green while Rui was building 6 two/two down denver-Elp, 6 blacks - I guess then it was the point when I managed to win the game ... Rui took two whites open and I instantly claimed the 6 whites - Rui took se-van which gave me time to take an open loko. Rui did not block me on dul SSM so I could play that and finish the game in the next turn with 4 blacks den-kansas, bringing my 4 pink back into the route thus playing a 44 track .... Rui had to search for tix and with two tix to find I was lucky he didn`t

The result shows a clear but deceiving result, since there were very close, stressfull games
Game 1 the gap is big but boman was close to complete 37 in ticks. i have dallas ny mon n orl bulent la miami sf atl. a blocking game on my side that reached goal. i make my ticks while blocking. start was mine
Game 2 i have a very nice combo (sea ny cal pho) bulent makes a nice route with 2 mid ticks (ssm okl dul paso?) and i get a win by 1 (longest for bulent)
Game 3
my start: la chi den pitt bulent van mon mon n orl
close game. tatical one. i block his route with 1 to kansas, making his route slower and allowing me to win longest overdrewing in last round. he draws (win l rock was the only tick to allow his win) and didnt get it
