Is it possible you moved your armor unit onto a hex that prevents further movement and battle (i.e. Forests, Hedgerow)?
In this case, the rules bot would have only allowed you to move 1 hex and not fire the dice.

It is possible that you've discovered a bug (they're still out there waiting to be found) but it's also possible that you've discovered a rule that maybe you hadn't realized before or something that you had been playing wrong.

I've been playing Memoir '44 for a long time and I've been reading the forums about Memoir '44 for a long time. I created the Official FAQ and I've talked with Richard Borg about the rules for Memoir '44, but I still thought I had found a few bugs in the game when actually I had just remembered the rules wrong! Embarassed Oops... Very Happy

If nothing else, Memoir '44 Online is going to help all of us learn the official rules better because we'll get to see and experience them every time we play! Cool
