Knight's Death and progression of Evil

Good day to you, sirs!
I have a question about consequences of knight's death.
The is no another instructions, then "the Game Turn is divided in two phases <...> the Progression of Evil <...> and the Heroic Actions".
Does it mean, that there is no Progression of Evil in the turn of the dead knight?
I think, it would be illogical to stop progression of Evil in his turn, otherwise the best way to resolve kingdom problems is the collective knight suicide - it should stop progression of Evil immediately and forever! It's definitely "heroic action"
What can you say about it?
Sorry for my English.

Oh. Does it mean that knight might be resurrect after several turns beeing dead? I have thought that there is only one chance to stay alive - to use the Grail at the moment of losing last life point.

You thought correctly...a knight can only be saved if someone already has the Holy Grail when you die. You can't be brought back after several turns. Sorry if there was any confusion in my answer before, I'll change that to make it more clear.
