Question: Tracks with 2 Colo(u)rs

If there's a section of track that has 2 colo(u)rs, say from NY to Washington (which has orange and black), and I claimed the track through the black train cards does it mean that other players cannot claim the orange track because I claimed it first or is the orange track still up for grabs?
It was the case for the online version but not so much for the xbox 360 version and I was wondering which is the most correct ruling.

If you're in a 2-3 player game, only one of the two-track routes can be claimed. But if you're playing a 4-5 player game, then those second routes are available to be claimed.
So if you're playing a 2-3 player game, you should claim those routes early!

ok, awesome. no wonder i didn't see it in the xbox version because i was only doing 2 player games...so if i chuck in 3 AI players into the xbox version they will be available?

Yep...with 4 players (you and 3 AI players) you'll be able to claim a second route. If you want to look at a PDF of the rules, you can find them here:
