New races/ powers are they balanced?

Race: Changelings (5)
When invading spaces owned by active races, changelings ignore those tokens and my capture it with 2 (or 3 of there is a mountain, fort, troll den, or camp.) When they do this they do not remove the active races token, but instead share the territory - both races can gain coins from it as if the other one wasn't there. Changelings can not capture territories protected by Dragons, Heros, Catapults or Holes in the ground.
Changelings add to the deffence of the territory and both the Changelings and the other race are removed if attacked by a third race.
Changelings attack empty and declined (includes ghouls) races normaly. If the race they share a territory with goes into decline, that race abandons shared territories. Changelings continue to share territories if they enter decline.
Changelings pretend to be other races and hide amongst their ranks
Race: Fauns (6)
Every territory they own with 3 or more tokens on them are worth +2 victory coins.
Fauns are social creatures who engoy music and parties
Race: Troglodytes (5)
Cavern spaces are worth +1 coins.
Though Troglodyte means Cave Dweller, I immagine them a lizard men. Small world needs Lizzard men
Abillity: Artifacer (5)
During redeployment take a Golem token from the tray and deploy it in your territory. Golems act as normal tokens, but are removed when the race enters decline.
Golems are artifical creations, the servants of the race that creates them.
Abillity: Adventurous (5)
Mountain and swamp territories require 1 less token to capture.
These are harsh and dangerous terrains that only the brave would be willing to enter
Abillity: Destructive (4)
When capturing other players' territories, an additional token is placed in the tray if possible. (most races loose 2 tokens, elfs loose 1 token)

If anyone has any comments/ suggestions please reply. I'm willing to make changes, or even all new races provided they feel ballanced and promote engoyable gameplay.

The artwork you did looks phenomenal!!! Great job being consistent to the already established whimsical smallworld style!

Thanks for the complement
I did the scans my self, I'll post it here. As for the font, I couldn't find it. I actualy looked for races and powers that used those letters and cut them out.

Remember, you have to have a resolution of 200 pixels/cm if you want them to print at the correct size.

I assume you're using Photoshop?
If so, right click on the text layer and select 'Blending Properties'. You'll see a whole side bar of options with check boxes next to them. Clicking on the checkbox will apply the effect. Clicking on the 'Bevel & Emboss' bar will open up an options window where you can further customise your effect.

These are all awesome and deserve to make it to an official expansion.
The description of Changeling is too long and complicated. Any way to cut it down?
Do mountains or fortresses apply to the bonus for fauns? That doesn't seem to fit the flavor.
I love the artificer ability.
But the description for Gingerbread Men is pure win.

Thanks for the complements
1) TRUST me that is by far the simplest way of writing the changeling rules, that clarifies all the potential rules issues I've found. Think of the second two lines as rules clarifications and then they have as much text as ghouls (and much less rules clarification too )
2)No fauns only recive the bonus if they have 3 race tokens (artifacer tokens count).
The trick to beating them is to attack them quickly, but you will also find they're not worth much in decline.
3)Yeah, I find it funny too

Gingerbread men balance

Just got this game a couple weeks ago and have been flipping through these forums. I've tried out the gingerbread men since my friends and I felt it was a brilliant idea and I'd say it's good for a 4/5 player game, but for 2/3 players it's a bit overpowered. In a 2 player game, I was able to take and hold over half the board rather easily. With 4/5 players, there are enough people that would attempt to go after you for the VPs that the player's forces can be diminished to a manageable level.
Thanks for posting these, they've been entertaining for sure!

I would argue that the Gingerbread Men are overpowered. Races that have large numbers of tokens tend to have restrictions on them, not bonus abilities. Ratmen have no abilities, Barbarians can't redeploy, Pixies can only have one token per space, Mummies need an extra token to conquer, etc.
I feel like if you want Gingerbread Men to have the ability you gave them, they should have far fewer tokens (maybe on the order of 6.) If you want them to keep at 13 race tokens base, maybe have them lose an extra token if their territories are conquered (to represent being eaten.)
Sorry about the thread necromancy.
