As far as I know ~maf withdrew from signing up for a French team, so he surely can't show up last minute for a TNT.
Dav L never tried to sign up for a French team, so he can't be in a TNT either. Moreover he could explain what his other accounts are. Some multi games 3 years back and starts playing single player US in 2012 and gets to the top 20 immediately.
Rules, as can be read in the Rules thread:
8. Players of the same nationality (or chosen nationality as in 2./3.) have to play together
9. Any country that has 4 or more players listed in the player/country list HAS to try to form their own national team. No team can reject a player of the same nationality unless they register a full team. If they fail to get 4 players together - see 11.
9.1 several teams per country are allowed.
10. No player that rejects to play for his nation can play for any other team.
11. Players that are not able to form a full team under these conditions may join with other nationalities regarding 8.
12. Players that are overhangs of registered nations may join transnational teams as in 11 regarding rule 8. In special cases a NC board may allow these players upon request to join a registered nations team (language problems i.e.). No national team that has declared itself 'complete' (= has rejected one or more players of their own country) may ever be joined by a player from a different country. There will be a "Split registration" in two phases, part one for the national teams, part two for the TN Teams and overhangs. In phase one only national teams can register. Two weeks before the start of the NC phase two will be opened to leave the remaining players possibility to form transnational teams regarding the rules.

Stemayf is our captain but asked me to post our team and player names so please see here. Can anyone organising ticki/fantasy game/nightmare game etc please update us. We are all changing our names to those listed here and will keep them throughout the tournament. We were unable to get everything sorted before the registration deadline other than the players entered... I have a golden gun and I'm not afraid to use it...

Not sure how TDs will rule, but I suggest such a radical change of all names is a bit much. Unless you go to:
SNS Moonraker - Ironhorse
SNS Goldeneye - Robin Hood
SNS Octopussy - Stephan1972
SNS Thunderballs - stemayf
SNS Skyfall - Will
Don't get me wrong, I love the creativity, but we do like to know some of the identity of the players. This would be a good compromise.

+1 about creativity... nice job, and so on...
But, as a regular contributor in Tickipedia (and it takes time !), I'd hardly support that the GB team names to be updated only in the ticki pages, be :
SNS Ironhorse
SNS Robin Hood
SNS Stephan1972
SNS stemayf
SNS Will
It's simpler and clearer, it's better for the history of this tournament, it's also better to not have extended names that make size trouble in ticki pages.
If the 3 or 4 other major contributors (Dom first, of course !) agree, we'll adopt this format... if this doesn't bother too much my dear british fellows.

Maybe lose the SNS and add the names (Skyfall - Will or the other way around). You're licensed to Will. That way you'll be like the French (heaven forbid) and Elric can't really complain too much.
