Well, I believe the shipping date is "around 10/31/12". As much as I was hoping to have gotten a shipping notice by now, I think +3 days is still in "around" range.

According to Amazon, "This item will be released on November 9, 2012." Doesn't say anything about the 2 bonus cards though.

My order status has moved to "being packed, will be shipped shortly"... so it looks like it's here in the US.

And I received the following response yesterday (i.e. Nov 6th) in response to my query to Customer Service, "We expect the games to ship tomorrow, therefore you should receive it by Friday or early next week. " We'll see.
