Yea, that is the point. Even though I do own the battlemap, I can't find the sheet, if it ever was included.

If memory serves me correctly, the printed page was included with the expansion that had the Supply Trucks. I have a nicely printed page with those rules and I'm sure they came with that expansion.
I hope you find yours!

Nop, I can't find it anywhere . After all, it's only a page. I'll have to print it out.
But it's weird because I really can't recall whether it came included with its battlemap. My memory is faulty lately 
I do have the pages for the Long Range Patrol Cars and the Half Tracks (as part of the Disaster at Dieppe battlemap), and a printed page with the Combat Cards detailed instructions (as part of the Sword of Stalingrado) along with 4 standard scenarios.

If it's any consolation Jaime, I didn't receive the supply truck sheet in my HH Battlemap either.
Like you, I only have the halftracks/Jeep/Combat Card rules sheets from the Battlemap series.
I seem to recall, (it was some time ago since I bought the HH map), that I turned to the forum here to discover a number of people were slightly 'lost' with this ruling, (originally), as all they had to go on was the printed 'card' that was part of the actual HH map.
DoW subsequently added the pdf to the site here to point people toward.
If you search the forum for 'supply trucks' from ascending date order you will see the various conversations that lead up to DoW announcing the arrival of the pdf)

If others rec'd the sheet originally as part of their HH Battlemap, I wonder if that was a US store thing as opposed to the Euro store not having them? I don't know for sure .. but at least we have it online to refer to now 
On a slightly connected note ...
Did those who received the supply truck sheets with their HH, ALSO end up with the Tiger sheets with the Tigers in the Snow Battlemap? Just curious now, as again, I had to refer to the online pdf for this too ! lol

I'm still curious as to how some people ended up with Supply Truck sheets wit their HH Battlemaps and others didn't .... back in the day ...

I am from the US and mine did not have one. I printed off the Online supplied sheet. The sheet is longer than the standard US 8.5" X 11" and I had to cut the ends off to put it in a plastic sleeve, I imagine the sheet is produced on the European standard paper.

As I recall, the Supply Trucks detailed sheet did not come out with HH battlemap. It was later. Maybe it was Winter Wars expansion?

Nah, it wasn't included in Winter Wars. But it was definitely not in HH as it was made available as a download only at that time.

I got my supply trucks detailed rules page with HH, but had to make the Tiger sheet, as I never saw it anywhere, even as a download. If you want a Tiger sheet with the background, click here:

The sheets for combat cards came with SoS, and the sheet for jeeps and half-tracks came with Tobruk.

You're welcome stevens, I don't know why DoW never made a sheet for the Tiger, when they did one for everything else that came with the Battle Maps!
I got tired of waiting, and so made my own.

I wrote an email to the Customer Support Service and I've got a reply. They never included a sheet for the Supply Tracks with the battlemap but they made it available as a PDF download.
So issue fixed! No one could ever get a printed version of it.
