Same here. But I suppose you will beat me to it, since I will only be playing it towards the evening (Paris Time).

I have just played 2 horrible battles of Operation Spring (terrible dice for me, not my excellent opponent). 
I have now played all 49 standard scenarios on their anniversary. 
No (special) award for that achievement.

I missed Vassieux last week end so I guess if the bug is still in effect I'll have the ribbon by august 25 but will have to wait 06/21/13 to have played all basics.

I failed miserably, today: 17 defeats in the last 21 games... I quit during the afternoon.
Next year, perhaps
... that is if DoW removes the #$@!?%# 'ghost' games, which I'm convinced are confusing newbies. Otherwise, I will quit the online game completely once my current gold is depleted.

What is the problem with the ghost games?
I just invited people for the games I wanted to play, that worked rather well.
Got my heiny kicked around at Vaumicel today but managed to get my wins in.
I now only need a win at Utah as Germans to have the set complete.
However I strive to win them all as a match (match and rematch, aller retour) and then I am missing Vaumicel, SWord Beach and Pegasus (and of course Utah ).
I finally won pegasus as the Germans at about 2013-06-06 23:44:29 against Second Lt Zatterc with 4 to 3 and thought it was gonna happen, but he trounced me back and the Germans won 4-2. Well done to him and a good game.
So I will try to complete my set again next year.

Well I failed miserably, I only managed to get 4 (very close and very exciting) games in. I did manage to get promoted to Lieutenant though which I'm chuffed about.

PS. For the record the ghost Twin Villages scenario confused the hell out of me when I picked the game up the other week. I wasn't sure if it was a game I had initiated myself or a game somebody else had set up that I couldn't enter etc.

Since December of 2010 I have been working to get my ADVANCED HISTORIAN medal. Today I achieved my goal. Some might say, why didn't you get it sooner. The fact is that I work every JUNE 6 and did not have time to always play those scenarios and so it was an accumulated effort over these 2 1/2 years. Perseverence paid off. Stick with it friends.
This is a rare medal as I am only the 20th person to possess it. I think it was worth the wait.
