Bug(?) with Swiss map scoring

I've played Swiss map on steam, and at the end of the game me and my opponent both collected 156 points each.
I was declared winner, and now have smiley face in my score list on the website.
I checked, and my opponent has the same winning smiley face too.
however, as I understand Swiss map rules (which should be same when determining winner as the Europe rules) - I should have lost.
because though we scored same amount of points, he completed 14 destination tickets, and me only 10.

After the various prompts for which game, system, include what you stated above and which map, etc. Might have been a small quirk (been having a lot of late - dunno why! - must be the year..2013..Nah!) but I bet someone will be able to reply/find the issue.
