This kit was originally intended to help a game group play Memoir '44 more easily, so I believe you got a copy of one of the Preprinted maps. However, since the maps are all out of print, you will probably have to wait until the next wave of maps become available to use the program.

I don't remember exactly but I think the organizer got to pick the Battle Map they wanted to use with their group. I imagine that if you do a search for "Organized Play Kit" here in the forums, you'll be able to find out more about it.

I don't remember exactly but I think the organizer got to pick the Battle Map they wanted to use with their group. I imagine that if you do a search for "Organized Play Kit" here in the forums, you'll be able to find out more about it.

I think it was the HH battlemap. In fact that is how I got a 2nd copy of that battlemap after it went out of print.

That is what we would like to do. Events/Demos in the club we use to play. We do have now 5 core games and a lot of the expansions, including several CB. An interesting amount of people come to see the OL battles and some of them even took part at some point of the battle. That's why we'd like to run a demo.
The matter is I don't know whether that kit included banners or something from DoW to make propaganda or it was only the battlemap.

I don't believe any banners or prizes were provided by DoW. Just the equipment to run Overlord battles. However, if you go to my User Page you can find some certificates that I've used in the past to give students who took part in my Memoir '44 club. You might find something you can use!

Ran an event at our local tournament (JerkCon) 2 or 3 years ago.
The kit included the overlord expansion and 2x Hedgerow Hell.

It was very nice. I ran mine at WBC a few years back. Over the years I have run 14 OL games at WBC. A great experience and a wonderful way to meet a lot of Memoir '44 players. Mr Borg sat in on a couple of these sessions and it does not get much better than that.
