Ticket to ride Europe Station question

Hi. If I build a station, can I only use it to borrow someone elses trains to the next city, or can I borrow them for as far as I need to go even if their trains take me through several cities to reach my ticket destination?

The stations only take you to the next city. If you need to go further, you'll need to use multiple stations for build your own track.

A single station may use any one route in or out of the city it is placed in.
