Alvin or Dexter error and can't play online.

Just bought 2 copy of this game (Steam CDKEY) from Amazon.
I can create, play and join any online game; my gf is having some issues with Alvin and Dexter error... if she try to create the game she immediatly get a "unkown error" in either Alvin or Dexter box. The browser version seems bugged too... can someone help us? There's anything to do with connection, port forwarding or such things?

I'm afraid I'm not entirely sure what you're talking about with the Alvin and Dexter box. There is currently no Alvin and Dexter expansion for the computer version of Ticket to Ride...as far as I know.
Maybe you can provide some more information so someone can help.

Sorry my english is really bad  ...
I try to explain the best I can: whenever she tries to play a quick game (starting from the start menu > play > online > start) this is what she sees:

However when she tries to join or create a game (from the start menu > more > online game) this is the error:

Any suggestions?

I apologise greatly, but not knowing the issue, I can't really help.
Have you tried contacting Days of Wonder directly through their support?
It it possible that her computer is the reason; considering it's an alvin/dexter problem, i presume it's a network/online/connection problem. Does she have any issues playing other online games?
