That's not correct. BCF and the Italian nation cards came with the Sword of Stalingrad battle map, along with cards for those desert terrains which appeared in the Med Theater pack.
I got this battle map this Summer, though haven't played the Overlord maps yet, but have Pavlov: Hero of the Soviet Union, which uses the Urban Combat cards. I've enjoyed these cards, but haven't had all of them come up in a game yet (e.g. Armor Forward). Once we learn those cards, then we'll tackle the two Overlord maps.
