Bug: Ticket to ride PC from steam

I do not know where to file a bug.
Here is the problem I meet:
I use a windows 8 computer.
The cpu is intel atom z2760 and gpu should be sgx545.
The screen resolution is 1366*768.
I bought "ticket to ride" from steam. And play it on the above pc.
I cannot see how many trains remaining for any players.
This a display issue.
I do not know if this is the right place to submit a computer programming bug ticket. If you know where can I get help, please let me know.
