Greetings:
I have looked but cannot find where to change your Log-In name. A buddy of mine has joined the community and would like to do that. Can you help us?

When he is logged in on the forum/DoW-website, in the righthan upper corner is his current name (after "Welcome")? If he clicks on that he oes to his account page.
There he can click "change my profile" on the left, and can change all kinds of stuff, including his login name.
