Where can I find these rules?

I recently purchased the Breakthrough expansion and see that every scenario lists special rules like this: "Troops 2: Specialized Units" or "Terrain 23: Flooded Fields".
Can someone please direct me to where these collected rules can be found?

Many of the Summary Cards where first introduced in the Air Pack expansion. Unfortunately, this expansion is out of print but DoW has stated that it has plans to release the summary cards deck. No confirmed date though.
Many of us saved & printed the cards to have it as a reference.

And welcome to the forum. This is a very friendly community, with alot of great people ready to help you with any question you might have.
There is also alot of information available on this forum, as well as on the rules and goodies page, faq page, etc ...

Thanks for the help, I think there's an Air Pack or two in my town, I will have to pick one up. Until then, I guess it's keeping all the rule books handy.
