Usual levels of impatience again....
Any idea on a likely release date for the English version in Europe? (and a pre-order date?)

The German edition is already in the shops, so it can't be long before the English edition is distributed as well.

Yes I have an idea 
The game will be manufactured at the end of April. Time to ship it all over Europe, you should find it in the stores 2 weeks later at worst.
