My "handle" is 50th because I joined the forum not long after my 50th birthday. I bought Memoir 44 as a birthday present to myself.
Welcome to my page. I live in Washington Missouri U.S.A. near the mighty Missouri river, which I can see from my front door. I am a history buff and have collected 19 documentaries and 41 movies about world war two. My favorite is Midway. I like to research WWII battles and write new scenario's based on that research.
Watch for new scenarios soon. On my projects page, you will see my unit charts featuring regular units and house rules units. The charts have all battle and movement statistics. I also have my own air unit rules, which I use instead of air pack rules. I have my overlord chart that shows who plays what card, I have Dirk's Terrain tiles, and maps of battles that I used to create scenarios.Check out my image gallery for my answer to the dice wear problem. It is a program for ipod/iphone that allows you to create your own dice and background. See what I did with it! I have added an expansions document which explains what each expansion adds to the game including terrain tiles and rules. It is really helpful when new players are considering what expansion they want to buy next. I just added the new Guam Campaign. Check out the new version of my air rules.
