Have a question about our games? Online services? Sales...? Here's how to best contact us to get your questions answered quickly and accurately. Use the guide below and choose the topic that best fits your needs and we will direct your request to the most appropriate person at Days of Wonder.
Our response delay may vary significantly depending on the number and urgency of messages. For Customer Service and Technical support, we generally answer within 1 to 3 working days. We always try to answer as fast as possible, within the limits of working hours of course (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM French/German time).
