You get an error when buying new maps or expansions on the iPad or the iPhone
Problems with "in-app purchasing" (i.e. buying new maps from within the game) are usually temporary. Try again a bit later. If it persists, please use the following procedure:
- Verify that your Internet connection is working.
- Make sure in-app purchases are not disabled: go to your device's settings, in the General/Restrictions section, and verify the corresponding switch is properly set.
- Sign out from iTunes: go to your device's settings, Store section, and sign out.
- Reboot your device by turning it off and on again.
- Try again to purchase the expansion, using your iTunes AppleID and password.
If it still does not work, uninstall the app, directly reinstall it from the App Store, and perform again the steps above.
