Looks like a possible rummy game where if you have sets of certain number of colors you probably can claim your route card (based on the New York and Seattle to Miami cards shown). I know there was a similiar type game done like this before called Railroad Dynasty. The game was produced in the early 1990s and they do look pretty similar, with the exception of no route cards .
Like the board game, seems there are symbols to help the color blind people (notice on left of Seattle to Miami card, there is color circles and on the right the symbols they represent).
Just seems odd there was no previous mention of this from DoW - and BGG mentions that fact as well on their link. It also could be because Nurenburg (spelling) Toy Fair is just around the corner in February and thus could be an leak of an upcoming game! And since it is so close to Railroad Dynasty that DoW could be trying to get hold of the people who made Railroad Dynasty and thus why no news. Since they do appear to be very similiar.

Buck Up,
Like I mentione above, it is very similiar to Railroad Dynasty based on the few pictures. Of course it might not be, but there is some eerie similiarities to it. Not doubting you either since there is so little info to go on.
It probably was an inadvertant leak of something that shouldn't been released at this time (i.e. a company put it in their company's product line brochure ahead of news release, etc). Since Nurenburg Toy Fair is mid-Feb, maybe more info would be released around that time.
Not knocking the Ticket to Ride line of products but I was hoping for a new game would be announced. DoW has been releasing a new game roughly 1 / year. Guess it could still happen - one just has to wait and see.

Nope - and unless you hear it from some DoW source (be it posted here on the forums by a DoW staff or from some other DoW source like their news site), I doubt there will be anymore about it until then.

Has anyone heard where they had this printed, hopefully their old supplier and not the one they used on Switzerland.

We printed this game with one of our regular suppliers, and have no plans to ever reuse the supplier we had for Switzerland again.
So no worry the cards quality is fine.
