Can you use specialist cards with the Impromptu mode of deployment called out in Call to Arms?

"officially" no. but you are encouraged to play how you want and it won't undo the universe if you play it this way

sniger i did it  it created a singlarity over the board and sucked me out of the 3rd dimenshon now i only live in 2 dimenshons its great for breaking and entering but murder when the wind blows
