I've posted a Memoir '44 House Rules & Variants document to BGG (see link below).

This file contains a compilation of possible rule changes and/or additions to the Memoir '44 game rules. These are OPTIONAL rules that DO NOT change the official Memoir '44 rules. Use at your own discretion to enhance or alter the gaming experience.

This is version 1.0 and I'm hoping you all can suggest possible additions to this compilation by posting to this thread.
