It already has... as Wits & wagers. Gambit is the international edition of this game with region specific questions.

Oh.  When I was looking in the U.S. store it wasn't posted in the storefront, but when I was looking in the Euro store it was posted in the storefront.

DOW doesn't have the rights to distribute to the US (and I think english-speaking Canada). For that, you need to go back to NorthStar Games, the original designer of the game.
