SPWC: Rule Add-On regarding TIES

Hi
We - the TDs - have decided that one rule needs a clarification:
The starting order after a tie!
We have chosen the "fair" solution.
Tied games did not count but the starting player alternate every time. If the last game is a tie, the starting player alternates.
A tie means that the "non starting player" played well enough to earn the right to start the next game.
Still, the "probably" last game of a match is determined randomly. If this game is a tie, the starting player alternates till a non-tie game happens.
The rule is in effect from now on for all Single Player Tournaments organized by me or using my generic rules.
