Scenario Editor problem: can't suggest new operations

I've just downloaded the new scenario editor (WOW, what a difference!!!) but find that I can't suggest a new operation. I go to the right place, but there's nowhere to type a name in and send a suggestion.
It tells me "You need to have access to the Memoir '44 Scenario Editor to be able to submit a new Operation name" -- but I do have!
For what it's worth, I'd like to be able to have an "Other" for Front, and Operations including generic terms (rather than truly "Operations") for IndoChina, Algeria, Korea and Vietnam. I see we've got Spanish Civil War already...
And, yeah, why not have Arab-Israeli, etc...? (Er... and any chance of chucking in some helicopters as a new aircraft type...  ?)
If that gets too complicated, why not simply allow an "Other" option? Maybe we could also have an "Other" for the sides and the nations...?

Is there a new version?
How do you know if you have the latest version?
Mine is version 1.01, but the download doesn't say what version it is.

No, sorry, I'm talking about 1.0.1 myself -- by "new" I mean this version, the downloadable one.
I hadn't downloaded it previously and had previously only used the "old" version (pre Breakthrough, I think it was).

You need to be logged in.
In the top right corner it probably says "Logged out". Click it, enter your DoW password and log in.
Problem solved and enjoy!

Many thanks, Ad79 -- I hadn't spotted that  !
Unfortunately, it appears that you can't submit anything that doesn't begin with the word "Operation" so I hope "Operation Other to allow for Indo-China etc" and "Operation Not Operation but Side and Front Other for same reason" is understood.
While you would have to bring in special rules for things like helicopters for Vietnam (but surely that's just another aircraft type or two..), Indo-China and Korea were just a few years after WW2, used a lot of the same equipment and make for some great games in M44 (Inchon, the Chosin Reservoir, Dien Bien Phu...).
Some of you die-hard WW2 chaps are going to say "That's not M44" but that IS M44 -- it's just so adaptable!
