Pacific Theater Campaign

Well, I've done it! Ive thrown my hat into the ring, sort of. I have not only created my first campaign, but I believe the first Pacific Theater campaign on this forum. Please give feedback, let me know of mistakes, typos, ect. I created one new scenario for this campaign. I am still working on a Guam campaign that will include about five scenarios, of which, three will be played. As this is my first attempt, be gentle in your comments please!

Nice one indeed... check my PM, and note, that I've already created a campaign about Guadalcanal, so this is not the first one. Don't take this offensive, just wanted to be punctual.

Sorry, my bad, I didn't know of others at the time. Here are the links to the scenarios.
Iwo Jima "the Real Thing"

Iwo Jima Airfield

The Meat Grinder

You can tell by the briefings of some of these scenarios that I have played them as a campaign under the old campaign rules. Disregard these and use the new rules for this campaign found here:

This is my first campaign and I would enjoy feedback from those who play it. As this is my first, please let me down gently if you don't like it or find mistakes. I have so far, enjoyed playing Pacific Theater battles the most, but I just started playing the Med. I just got the Med expansion and have only played two scenarios. you just can't beat the dynamics of the Pacific (Japanese infantry rules, infantry in caves, ships, flame tanks, and mobile artillery! Not to mention Marines!!) Thank you!

another thing you can do is to go to scenarios from the front and type "50th" in the author field, then press go, or just get them from my user page by clicking on the user page button under the avatar.

I have also added a score sheet on my user page! It is part of the Campaign project on the projects page. I also added pictures of my storage solutions on my gallery page!
I hope you enjoy the campaign and other content.

School has ended 3 days ago... who wouldn't start playing 'hardcore Memoir'? After a skip in playing campaigns (I was 'occupied' by Overlord and Breakthrough battles ) I've decided to play a campaign, and because Ron made a great job by creating the Philippines Campaign and because I didn't use frequently the Pacific Theater Expansion (just got the 'Pacific feeling' while playing solo JdRommel's OL 'Hell on the Beach' on Iwo Jima) I picked his second Pacific Campaign.
So I finished today playing the campaign, and the results are:
Landing in Luzon 7-6 Filipino victory
Japanese have secured Agoo and the route towards Aparri. Intensive landing, heavy Filipino resistance.
Battle of Binalonian 6-4 Japanese victory
Incoming M3 Grants (elite armor from reserve) were a bit tricky to cope with, but can anyone stop the IJA?
Point Longoskawayan 6-3 US/Filipino victory
Ha-Gos and M3A1s (from reserve) dominated the area around them on the rocky area (how did they get up on such a hard terrain?), while infantrymen clashed, trying to get the upper hand.
Final results: 17-15 Allied minor victory + objectives = 17-17 Draw
As I forgot to count figures, the Allies should have the honor to claim victory, as they didn't let the Japanese to establish and secure a foothold on the Philippines. Well done, gen. Wainwright!

Thanks for the feedback! I am currently working on a Guam campaign, which will be done hopefully soon. I'm glad you liked the Philippine campaign. I will also be done soon with a breakthrough Battle of the Bulge scenario.
I'm really getting into the breakthrough kit, I don't know if you have it yet or not, but there are some Pacific Theater scenarios in there too. I think the Pacific Theater is the best expansion that offers the most fun.
