Other stuff:
* Use this thread in arranging playing times and sending results
* Games can be played in any order
* Try to play many games in one event, if possible. Games are put in the list so that it's easy to play always at least 3 games in one session. As games 1, 2 and 3 concern players Aaa, Bbb, Ccc, Ddd and Eee. Players Fff and Ggg don't need to be present when games 1,2 and 3 are being played.
* 1st deadline for this phase is 25th November
* Final deadline for this phase is 2nd December
* Try to play the games before 1st deadline. After that TDs will try to set playing times for games not played. If games are not played after final deadline has been passed, TDs will make their decicion.
* Two best players from each group will qualify to the semifinals with two best 3rd placed players (total 12 semifinalists)
* Best and third best groupwinners will be in the same SF group with best 3rd placed player
* Second, fourth and fifth groupwinner in the other SF group with second best 3rd placed player
* 2nd placed players will be put in the different SF groups with their groupwinners
* So there will be 2 semifinal groups with 6 players in each
* points/game ratio decides who is best groupwinner and 3rd placed player etc.
* TD for this group is Val

Hi all 
We are starting to settle our possible good evenings
We need 4 of us to make 1 of the games. If we are 5, we could do few more games. In 6 everything would be possible.
*Qorlas: available evening 3.11 (after Heroes tournament), evening 5.11, evening 7.11, then not available until 14.11.
*Robin Hood: available evening 3.11, then not available until 12.11
*Baraka: evenings of 3.11, 5.11, 6.11, 7.11 for this week
*Pammes: evening of 5.11, 7.11 this week

After our PMs of today, this is tha possible schedule:
Thursday evening after 21.30: we could be enough to play some games. However not all of them.
Saturday evening after 21.00: we should be all around to play
