Downloadable game compatible with Vista

I search in the forum to see if this question was already answered, and I got no results. So here goes:
Is the downloadable PC game of Ticket to Ride compatible with Vista? I read somewhere on the website that it wasn't, but are there updates that make it compatible? For instance, I saw an update posted on the first page of this forum; would that help me out? I tried starting the downloadable version, but it locked up on me during the introduction.
