lf you have all expansions how do you deal with Mine Fields when you play a scenario, do you put all Mines Fields together from all expansions to pick them or do you do it another way.

I use the tokens that came with the expansion that "contains" the scenario. Eastern front scenario: use EF minefields, Med scenario: use Med minefields, Pacific ...
However, I could see a situation where the scenario is a one-off official scenario or an unofficial scenario. In that case I would use the minefields from the Terrain Pack if no other obvious choice is available. I think the values from TP are something like 0,0,0,1,1,2,2,3,3,4.
I would never mix the minefields from the different expansions.

The reason for not mixing is patently obvious:
You could end up with all mines at level-4 or even level-1 or even 0 in a particular scenario. Keeping them separate gives a fair distribution.

I also keep them all separate but I know of players who toss them in together and pull from everything. I believe those players figure the luck all evens out in the end, though like Stevens said, you might end up with a very strong minefield in some games and a really weak one in other games.
If you want to know which expansion has which numbers in it (without looking at each expansion individually) you can download my Roll Call sheets for each expansion. They're over on my User Page.
Have fun!

I use the ones that came with the specific expansion.
For scenarios like "Into the Cauldron" from Med Theater, where the Germans have to find a "0" minefield to gain a medal, lumping them all together could make this either extremely easy (all or most zeros coming up) or impossible (no zero minefield being deployed).
