Customer service problems Tue, 29 December 2009 17:35
I received Sword of Stalingrad directly from DOW on the 14th of December; several of the english cards were mangled and marked like they had been jammed in the sorting machine. I emailed using the customer service links on 15 Dec 09 but have not received a reply. I called today but got voicemail. Two weeks without any response is a bit of a stretch, even over the holidays. What gives?

We usually address customer service request as fast as we can.

We don't read forum messages as frequently as we're doing customer support, so I would not advise using the forum to contact us Smile

Did you get the automatic answer that is sent after each ticket?

This one would contain your Ticket #, which is precious information for us to track your request.

If you didn't get this automatic e-mail that would mean your e-mail address bounces (which happens from time to time and leaves us without any mean to contact the customer).
In this case make sure your e-mail address actually works.

I've pointed your message to the people on duty during the holidays, they'll contact you.

I checked our customer service records, and saw that your replacement pieces were sent yesterday (12/29). A confirmation e-mail was also sent to you at that time.

Thanks for your understanding.

I finally got a reply shortly after posting. I got the cards shortly after. Thanks!
