I was a bit unlucky because suburu got Van-Mon + Sea-NY once, and because my first loss was by 2 points after a last round draw of 17 points by suburu.
But I was very lucky because of
-) having the much better ticks overall 
-) getting good locos, once 10
-) making 4 starts 
-) winning 3 games only because suburu had the wrong tickets, always too cheap (and too bad) to win.

PS: I never won vs Van-Mon + Sea-NY, not in 5 years 
Today I really had a good chance to do it but didn't make it

Interesting games. The start was good, after a close win I got very good tickets for a quick 2:0.
In the 3rd game, Pat blocked my Van-Mon in the very beginning, so I knew I had to "re-block" Sea-NY (without knowing that he got it) to have any chance. In the end I had -27 in ticket points +10 for longest, Pat had -31 in tickets. Alas, he got 18 more points on the board so still a loss for me. But it was a cool game anyway
Again an easy win for a 3:1 lead but I knew my luck wouldn't last forever.
5th game I had to play with Dul-Hou + NY-Atl. I got many points on the boards but Pat played very well to deny me longest. It was too difficult for me to ensure longest AND 6 white/blank/orange/green, without I couldn't win with 2 ticket points.
Pot got a nice route in the east, obviously fulfilling 2 tickets.
18 points behind on the board and with longest, Pat only needed 10 ticket points to win. So I drew in the last round to find Winni-Hou and 112:112 
6th game I fought very hard with SSM-Okl + Chi-Santa vs 3 Center/West-tickets of Pat. In the end I got longest but still couldn't make a win, Pat playing 6 yellow + 6 blue in the last two rounds to match my points on the board for a 5 point win
Last game I was very happy to finish Sea-NY + Sea-LA with equal longest vs Den-Pitts + Tor-Mia. Due to starting it seems to me I should clearly win, but during the game I thought a couple of times that if he plays the obvious block he'll win

In the first 3 games I won I had great tickets (La-Chi&La-Mi, Van-Mon&Port-Nash, Van-Mon&Cal-SLC) vs medium to horrible ones for Hecki (Du-Ho&Hel-La, Dall-NY&De-EP and other i don't remember).
In the other 3 Hecki won he had:
Van-Mont&Den-Pits vs my La-Mi&Den-EP,
LA-NY&Ny-Alt vs SSM-Nash&Mon-NO
Van.Mon&Cal-Pho vs De-EP+Dul-EP
So after a 3-0 he managed to tie 3-3.
In the last one he had Se-NY and Bo-Mi(i think) vs my La-Chi&La-Mi&De-EP. Getting longest was the key to win and i was lucky enough to stop playing and start thinking in the right moment to not lose it.

Patterson played west, I played east, he got longest but as he was missing one i got a close and unexpected win.
2) 108*:096
Patterson: Se-NY & NY-Atl (not done)
Suburu: Chi-SF & Wi-Hou (SF-Atl rejected).
In this one i would have needed one more turn to be able to get longest, so the one starting got the win.
3) 112:120*
Patterson: Win-Houston & Dul-EP
Suburu: LA-Chi & LA-NY
Patterson got longest but was not enough against the huge points in tickets i got.
4) 117*:122
Patterson: Port-Nash and LA-Chi
Suburu: SF-Atl & Hel-La
In this one i managed to lay 43 trains earlier than him, having the last turn to lay a one and win longest by just one train (44-43).

Patterson: LA-NY & Van-Mon
Suburu: Den-EP & SSM-Nash
Great play from Patterson here, imo. He started playing not giving any apparent clue about his tickets. I thought about blocking the one from Se-Port, but as I were not sure about his tickets i did not do it. At the end, it turned out he had very expensive tickets and won me by far. In one moment I thought also about the Van-Mon but did nothing. I'm not happy with my play in this one

Patterson: KC-Hou, Den-EP, Den-Pits
Suburu: To-Mi and Du-EP
My initial plan was to lay the 6 orange and 6 purple, going down east and ending the route in the 6 green. Pat started with the 6 orange, i layed the orange in the 6 grey, he the 6 purple, so time to change plans for me! As he had three tickets my bet was to try to interfere in the east. At the end it turned one a pretty nice route for me, not so nice for him as he had to connect Ka-Hous with the 1-2-2 away from his route.
7) 089:117
Patterson: He-La and NY-Atl
Suburu: SF-Atl and Port-Phoenix
Patterson took the 6 blacks, me 6 green and 5 white. He laid several sixes, including 6 red, laid the 1 to nashville but as i did not have portland-nashville, i managed to fulfill both tickets vs none for him.
