DoW's great customer service. Mon, 19 April 2010 01:28
Wanted to say how great DoW's customer service is, I heard they have great customer service and they just confirmed it. When I got my memoir 44 game one (just one!) of the allies hedgehogs was broken (the part that keeps it standing up) and within a week or two I got a reply saying my piece was in the mail. I know over a week might sound a bit long but for just one piece thats pretty great.

I've never been disappointed with their customer service either. Smile Glad you got the piece replaced and had such a positive experience with them!

Here's another feather: the three anti-tank guns were missing from my Mediterranean Theater when I opened this expansion just over a month ago. Got in touch with DOW through my retailer and received the missing pieces in the post within 3 days: this is service, this is bonding! Very Happy

Even though they have a great customer service, somehow they failed not only to ship my order (ordered 1 week ago), but also to respond to my message sent about my order. I don't think an order worth 95 euros (with shipping charge) could be ignored that way...

I still believe in DoW's efficiency, as they shipped my order back in January in 4 days, but now a week had passed and not even a notice about shipping...

We were unfortunately all out most of last week which would explain the delay in your shipment. We're sorry for that and catching up as quickly as we can.

I hope it was fun!! I can only imagine how crazy the creative energy must be when you get all of the great minds at DoW together for a retreat...I wonder what amazing new things they worked up for us?! Smile Cool
