Small World for PC/Online like Ticket to Ride?	Thu, 20 May 2010 18:00

Being that 90% of the people who enjoy playing Small World probably do not own an ipad or have no intensions to, don't you think it would be wise to aim at the 90% of your audience and release Small World online like Ticket to Ride? Seems very illogical to me, not to mention a huge dissapointment to the non iPad users who love this game! [Report message to a moderator]

yes it could be wise. But the development efforts involved are much greater, and the sales channels available far less obvious. So we'll have to see... [Report message to a moderator]

Add me to the list of people who would like to see this game for PC of some kind. Also I have an Ipad and the app. As for Sales Channels Steam, PSN, Wii store (Small World for the Wii would be FULL of win), etc. (and maybe the x-box live marketplace if you think it will make you some extra cash, but I don't own an x-box so for them) [Updated on: Fri, 04 June 2010 18:06] [Report message to a moderator]

Hi And now with the Mac AppStore ? it is easier to have a Mac version of the game ? I know ... PC ... but as he said, it is not as easy as on AppStore/ItunesStore to distribute a software on "real" channel. Then ... is a Smallworld Mac version on AppStore is planned ? Unfortunately not. The Mac App store doesn't help in any way, because of the programming restrictions Apple attaches to it. eric [Report message to a moderator]

I'm all for Small World on Mac/PC, but I'd MUCH rather see some updates for the iPad version... Like 3 & 4 player boards, online multiplayer (through GameCenter - not like TTR's worthless online mode)... Underground, Tales & Legends, Realms, Tunnels, etc. There hasn't been an update in almost TWO YEARS. That is incredibly disapointing. [Report message to a moderator]
