Ordering that Airplane

Greetings Aviators,
I know the rule book says Airplanes are ordered by a section card or Direct from HQ, well, what about the Infantry and Armour Assault cards though?
If you dont have any specific cards issue an order to 1 unit of your choice - So, I choose my Airplane.
How about it?

From that list( in blue text):
There are some cards that can never ORDER an airplane:
AMBUSH
BARRAGE
CLOSE ASSAULT
DIG-IN
FIREFIGHT
MEDICS & MECHANICS
However, the DIG IN card could order a plane if a player has no Infanty on the board so that card should be moved to the below section on that player aid:
And several cards which are conditional in providing an ORDER:
ARMOUR ASSAULT (no armor units available)
ARTILLERY BOMBARD (no artillery units available)
BEHIND ENEMY LINES (no infantry units available)
COUNTER-ATTACK
INFANTRY ASSAULT (no infantry units available)
MOVE OUT (no infantry units available)
THEIR FINEST HOUR (a star is rolled)
