Hi all,
I am giving here my ruling about the Deveric situation.
I have spoken with one of the TDs of the SPWC and after hearing everything my decision is that Deveric will be permitted to play the League.
Deveric will have to play his games closed whenever he is the lower ranked player.
Regarding the games where he is the higher ranked player (and so he is the observed one), the choice will be of his opponent.
In this way there will be no suspects about his games and we will see what happens

I won't agree to play closed T2R tourneys any more. I did it in 2005, because of my own stupid mistrust, but I won't do it any more! 
If anybody wants to cheat against me, he (or she) shall do it. I believe that, in the last 5 years, there was cheating against me not more often than 3 times (if at all!) and I don't have any problem with it.
If I ever feel that I'm deceived too often, I will stop playing tourneys, but I won't start playing closed again.
To make this very clear, if I'm in one group with Deveric and I'm not allowed to play him open, then it's 7:0 for Deveric

in this season i have learned two things
1. the summer holidays are not ideal for play league.It is difficult to find dates.Understandably, because everyone prefers spends the beautiful evenings outdoors.
2. it is possible to play the 7 league games in just 34 minutes.
