AI coin count bug

There is a bug in AI play where the user always starts with 5 coins. I've also seen at least once, when the AI goes first, I am awarded the coins he earns in his first round. I'd check the scoring on AI rounds for inconsistencies.

This is not a bug: All players (bots and humans) start with 5 coins at the start of each game. This is so that you can purchase any of the race combos displayed, even when you first start.
