Just back form Spiel with goodies, but...

I got my hands on the Necromancer's Isle so I think I've got all the expansions now 
The tray from Be Not Afraid helps with the counters from the other expansions. Except for the ones from the Necromancer's Isle 
However, that tray, and the Tales and Legends deck don't fit in the box. I am sorely tempted to just rip out all the plastic and use a pile of ziplocks. Which would be a shame.
Any hints whether we might expect a big expansion in a cardboard box (e.g. with a new board) that might have enough room for all the stuff that doesn't fit in the main box? That might prevent me from ripping out the plastic 
Still, happy with all the stuff I brough back from Spiel, but doing the show in one day is a bit much...

Hi and welcome to the forum,
There are enough spaces for the tokens of the Necromancer Island in the Be Not Afraid storage tray. There are 11 wells for the race tokens, 2 wells for the race and power tiles, and one additional well for the other tokens.

I was hoping they hadn't erred regarding the new tray when including this tidbit. (Especially since this was just before Necromancer's Isle was announced as well...)

It sounds like fritsk just need to move some bits around to make it fit. I'm sure they created the new container big enough for the expansions that were also just released.

I think OP refers to the 'well of souls' piece and the 'necromancer island' piece. Where do those fit? With the power/race banners?

Ok, some fiddling around should probably enable me to fit the necromancer and leaders expansion tokens into the extra tray. It'll probably mean putting tokens of multiple races into a single well though.
That still leaves me with the problem that the extra tray and the tales&legends deck don't fit in the box

Try removing the punched out punchboards from under the vacuum tray, in the game's main box. This should free up enough room for the new tray + Tales & Legends deck.

I must be missing something 
All the punched stuff already has gone into the waste paper bin.
Height wise there is about room for half the Tales&Legends deck, let alone the new tray, so currently the box cover sits about 2cm up (and feels wobbly).
I have no problem with the design of the original box. This is what happens when expansions occur 
So, back to my original post. Should I do major plastics surgery to get a tight fit, or might there be another expansion in the pipeline in a cardboard box so everything fits a bit neater?

Just for the record, can't fit Tales and the new tray into the original box either. Can't see how there'd possibly be enough space for them, the original was already pretty tightly filled.
And still can't find room for the Necromancer Island piece itself. It's too broad for the race banner well and too tall to stand upside down in the tray.
But minor issues. Looking forward to playing the new expansions soon!
