Invite Button not showing up

I go into the "Play" section lobby from the main menu, click on a scenario and then a player but the "Invite" button doesn't appear. Someone suggested to try selecting the player first and then a scenario but there still is no "Invite" button.
Anybody else having this problem?

I had this problem quite a bit...and then I realized the reason! 
The "Invite" button only appears when the player you selected isn't already in a battle. You can tell if they're in a battle with another person if there are the two grey people next to their name...they are in a solo battle if only one grey person is by their name.
See if that helps!

I thought I was facing the same problem, but I eventually figured out what Jesse did, that it only works with players not engaged in a game. Before I figured it out, I used the bell button to try to get the attention of some other players that had chatted that they were looking for a game, not realizing that I was too late and they had already started another game. My apologies to anyone I might have bothered during those games!

Got it. I was thinking that a person not involved in a game had one figure next to them and solo gamers were invisible.

you are normally invisible, but if you unclick the invisible button you will show up on the list

Well I have seen, when a person is available (i.e. not playing) that the invite button not showing up either. Have reported this as a bug and Eric and company are aware of the situation.
So if that is the case, please do send the log files so we can get this little bug out of the way.
