Remember St. Vith Mon, 20 December 2010 03:14
Today is the 20th, last day to get the Historian honor badge for playing on the correct date.

After today the window closes for over 6 months, to the 6th of June (Wild Guess Why)

So remember to log in a game today!

I suspect one has to play all the scenarios on the actual dates to get the Advanced Historian ....

I believe it's the right suspiction! If not all, maybe 3 or 5 scenarios played on their actual dates...

Isn't the St. Vith scenario dated "Dec. 20-22", so that you will still get the Historian achievement by playing it tomorrow or Wednesday? Not that I'll wait so long ... Very Happy

Yes, my rules book dates it Dec. 20-22.

I'm wondering about time zones and how long the window is open, especially come June 6, when all of those first scenarios are dated one-day-only. Is it based on local time where you are physically located? Local time in France? A hybrid Europe-thru-USA zone?

June 6, 2011:
Wouldn't it be great if everybody outside Europe had to switch on their alarm clocks and the system has 300+ (or more) simultanious users ... Very Happy

FYI, all dates and times are recorded at the server level, which is located in a datacenter in Paris. So that's French time (UTC+1 in winter, i.e. 6 hours ahead of Eastern Time).

Or 12 hours behind my timezone NZDT UTC+13

I may be one of the players furthest ahead in time.
