Bug in the game

I was just playing this scenario and suddenly my tanks couldn't attack several units though it clearly said I could when I Shift-Right Clicked on the tanks.

And this one shows what the game tells me I should be able to attack:
I lost the game - could have been different if I've been able to attack those tanks.
How are we supposed to report bugs by the way?

When you're in a close assault situation (adjacent to an enemy unit), you are required to attack that unit. The infantry to your left was the only eligible target. Apparently the firing range shows you how many dice you would get to attack with IF you were to attack that spot, but I agree that if you're in a close assault restricted situation it should maybe take that into account. So it may or may not be a bug, but it may be worth reporting.

Also I have noticed, when reporting that bug report link in other threads, the last number is showing up as 23(space)0 in the text for the link, not the actual link - any reason for that Yann? [not seeing why when looking at preview and all]
