Crashing? Sat, 02 April 2011 20:31
Is it just my computer, or did the server crash twice this morning, around 10:30 and 11:30 New York time (16:30 and 17:30 Paris time)?

Both times, it happened to me during the first player's first card of a game. (I sent a bug report after the first incident.) Both times, I couldn't get into the regular Memoir website, either, though I could get into other websites.

In fact, both times, I had already played the other side of the scenario against the opponent, and it was during the first turn of the Rematch.

Yes, the same thing happened to me (4 times). When I tried to rejoin the game it kept telling me there was something wrong with my Internet connection. I knew my net connection was ok but I also couldn't access the memoir web site. Seemed to resolve it's self later on.

Our hosting data center had a major fail that lasted close to 2 hours. Unfortunately this event was completely out of our control and there was nothing we could do while it lasted.

Our apologies for this interruption (it was NOT related to the load tests we want to run later next week week, needless to say Rolling Eyes )
