Indeed, this could be the very first book used in MM'44 school, if it existed!

Hi All
Good to see such a good feedback. ty
Beyond theory, I intended to highlight in the book the involvement of the players (hi Stevens, gg again) and scenario designers (hi 50th, Nygaard and nemesszili. Also, maybe you notice the big come back of Brycie35, with new scenarios in April after four years off).
Days of Wonder agreed with this approach, good point for all of us.
Waiting for a translation, I'll publish some articles (in English) on my blog, starting in May.
http://praxeo-fr.blogspot.com/
- Already available : battle of the Bulge.
- Planned : playing Toulon online, full study
- Planned : the M44 tactical simulator, free download
- On-demand : what would you like ?
Best regards

Merci Alexis
That's an awesome blog!
Just a question from a guy who's really more of an RPG player than a boardgamer; what IS a "tactical simulator"?

Yes Praxeo, you are responsible for relighting the fire inside me that is memoir 44!
The problem with writing lots of scenarios, then sitting on the side lines for 4 years or so, is you just fall so behind all the new rules.
My Breakthrough and winter wars expansions arrived yesterday, and I am hopeful that the air pack will arrive tomorrow.
Machine Gun, AT Guns, Tank Destroyers, Mortars, Half_tracks, Air craft rules....just to name a few of the new rules I cant wait to play.
Now all my old scenarios suddenly look like they need to be updated!!
Lots of work to do.
I am really looking forward to your book, and i am very flattered to see one of my scenarios in your sneak-peek PDF file!
Thanks

I had told my friends that we can make our own guide, from the Pagasus Bridge of basic M'44 to The Final Counter-Attack of Winter Wars, but I nver toough that somebody is doing such kind of works like this!
Thank you for your kindness to share your knowledge to us!!

Well that didn't help my curiosity much I'll have to wait impatiently I guess.
And looking forward to your feedback. It'll become much easier to playtest scenarios in a serious manner when we get the editor and online versions aligned. For the moment my playtesters are the kids at the school where I work.

Are the we vikings invited too? Or are the memories of OUR invasion of Normandy too scary?
Je vais essayer de convaincre "La Résistance" (copine) de venir l'annee prochaine. Peut-etre avec une delegation danoise.

About languages: I'm french born but it's true that english seems so quick to learn with all thoses short 3 or 4 letters words!
Someone said that the past success of the anglo-saxon countries in economy as in war was due to their quick & easy language allowing quick decisions and orders!
Interesting!
GO! GO! GO!
