Classified official scenarios? Wed, 06 April 2011 23:28
I shall continue to play catch up by asking newby questions...I noticed quite a few Classified official scenarios online. Is there a way to make them 'unclassified'?

Yes.

Purchase the expansions that they occur in and then for you they will be "unclassified".

Thats fair enough, I figured that was the case. How do they unlock if there is no registration code for the expansions?

They don't unlock. I was being facetious.

If you purchase the expansions, you have the scenarios in the literature that accompanies them.

So for you they are now "unclassified". Cool

They will probably never be available online for everyone to view and set up...otherwise brand new players of this great game would have no need to buy the Campaign Book Volume 1. Cool

If the Campaign Book goes out of print would they unclassify its scenarios?

Is there a way to know which expansion you need to buy to see a given scenario?

for example:

Driving to Sedan - May 12, 1940
Unternehmen Fall Gelb - The Crossing of the Semois
Western Front By: jdrommel - Last update: 04/16/2009

Says I need the Terrain Pack, Eastern Front (For Sedan?!), Air Pack (there are no dewoitines Sad ), and Campaign book. But does not says where does the scenario come from.

Agreed, but I maintain my own book of scenarios and I would like to reprint it to use'em from one source. I'm forced to rewrite all informations in M44 editor and (this is medieval scribe work!) it really doesn't make me satisfied...

If you own the basic game &/or expansion you can scan (and reprint) the scenarios.

This list over on boardgamegeek.com lists all scenarios that came with each expansion. It does not yet include Breakthrough Kit, Winter Wars or Disaster at Dieppe

Hello Red-zebra,
Your Question:
Driving to Sedan - May 12, 1940
Unternehmen Fall Gelb - The Crossing of the Semois
Western Front By: jdrommel - Last update: 04/16/2009

Says I need the Terrain Pack, Eastern Front (For Sedan?!), Air Pack (there are no dewoitines Sad ), and Campaign book.

My answer :
Terrain Pack because of pontoon bridge, fords and other things
Eastern front because of Cavalry badges
Air Pack because of Exit token and Air rules (optional only for Axis)
Campaign book because this scenario is part of the Fall Gelb campaign in this book.

I hope this is what you ask (?)

Yours,
Jdrommel.
