Selling more than 9 cargo

Hi
Can you just clarify the situation if a player has amassed more than 9 tokens of one type or of different types and wishes to cash them in, do they get the relevant value for 9 and then trade the remaining ones-my understanding is there is no extra benefit of having more than 9 cargoes.

I'm not sure if this will answer your question, but I think it will... 
If someone has saved up more than 9 cargo, they will try to combine the cargo in the most useful groups they can. This would most likely mean that they trade 9 cargo and then combine the remaining cargo into a good group. They will not want to simply trade the left overs as single tokens...
