How to buy the 3 for $3 Lauch Special of the 3 expansions

Unable to find clickable anything to buy the European, Swiss and 1910 US expansions @ $.99 Ea. For this week's Lauch Special.

You must go outside Central Station (click on the doorway) and back onto the Quay where you saw the Conductor when you first launched the game.
Then take the Ticket in the Conductor's hand, and a "drawer" will open that lets you select the map you want to play, whether you want the tutorial or not, the number of players for SOLO games, etc...
Look at the top of the drawer, where it says "Scroll to your Map of Choice". Place your finger of the box of Ticket to Ride USA and flip/scroll it right or left to display the game box (and map) of T2R Europe, Swiss or 1910.
You will be automatically presented with a Buy button for each expansion.

Great explanation.. the funny thing is that I think Days of Wonder are losing potential money by making it so tricky to find the in app purchase options. Most people probably assume that you can only see the regular board game and don't even think to move the slider to look for the other game types. Why wouldn't they just make an icon on the main screen to buy the additional board games?

As mdavis200 mentioned, you need to go back to your home screen to access your iPad's general settings and enable in-app purchases. If they are disabled (which they are for you), the buttons do nothing.
