Station question. Bug?

Is a station required in every city you wish to use a track from? In other words, if there are two opposing tracks between city "A" and city "B" (with "C" in between), do I need to place a station at both A and C in order to complete the route to C?
Or is this a bug?
Thanks.

I'm not sure I understand the question...the Station will allow you to use one route that an opponent has laid down but you don't need a station on the 'sending' end as well as the 'receiving' end of the route.
In your situation, if you're wanting to claim two separate routes, you'll need two stations. If you're just needing to use one section of track, you only need to use 1 station. Now, having said that, the game will not prevent you from placing extra stations in places you don't need them...it's your job to figure out where to place them.
I hope that helps answer your question. If not, let me know because I may have misunderstood.

Yes, to connect A to B if your opponents control the routes (AC) and (CB) you would need two stations indeed. These stations could be in A and B, or A and C, or C and B.

Thanks. The only experience I currently have with TTR Europe is with the iPad version, so I've never used stations before.
