Very nice editor!
Just one thing: is it possible to invert the bunkers (rotate them by 180 degrees)?

I downloaded the new file, but I still can't change the bunkers.
If you were to invert the bunkers in the selections on the right, that would work in most circumstances. They are usually on the German side, so they should face "south", toward the bottom of the board.
Thanks again!

This is a very cool editor. I have a couple suggestions for you if you want them.
1. Ability to rotate any piece on the grid - Just as you did with the bunker. This would save space because you would not have to have all the different river orientations on the right. (Rotate a piece 90 degrees when you click on it)
2. Keep track if the board layout is possible with the pieces included in the box. Perhaps keep track of how many pieces are available to use.
As I said, this is an awesome editor. Thanks for making it and keep up the great work.

1. No because :
turn a hexagon to find the orientation correct each time one must place one of them, it is irritating!!!
I can make change the orientation. (for example: hexagon of river rights or in angle like the bunkers, that yes, but the current icones of the interface will remain nevertheless in place)
I do not miss place in the interface, it will remain like such).
OR yes.... I will think of that!!!
2. Keep track if the board layout is possible with the pieces included in the box. Perhaps keep track of how many pieces are available to use.
Click on the green soldier on the bottom/right. It's that, no?
Ok, the next release don't come immediately.
Next release : 2 differents interface (the user can choose) : the current one and a new one, "purified" (only one hex of each type), with the account of the hexagons used/free in real time.
the user can swith between the two inetrfaces.
the user will be able to choose, with "the current interface", to turn or not the hexagons of ground.
Whaaaooow, I have job!
I await your opinion on all that! and...
xcuse for my english! if you don't understand me, known as it me (faites le moi savoir, pour ceux qui parles francais, parce que c'est pas tout ça, mais je sais pas si c'est très anglais, ce que je dis... là, on dit merci à google)!!!

A good new for the english users of the editor :
I've make a new patch for the french version.
The same patch is available, but also translate the program and the help file in English.
The translation have been made by emiel markhorst.
Bug fix in the new patch:
- Fix all the problem with the erase tool (thanks emiel).
- Fix a problem with the close of the application.
Ok, that's probably the last patch for a while.
I also wait your feedback and new scenarios for my site!!!!!

The Editor looks really good, but I'm getting serious bugs when I use it. I'm unable to click on any of the terrain or unit types in the right side. And when I try to click on anything, sometimes it ends up selecting simply the river tile.
I'm not even able to have basic control to select a terrain or unit and then place it where I want on the board.
I wonder what's causing these bugs on my computer, because everybody else says the program works fine for them.

Sorry to hear that.
The interface on mine can be a little 'clunky' at times but all of the units and terrain tiles seem to behave as expected i.e. point at tile at right of screen, left click to select, the selected tile's edges highlight red to indicate 'selected', point to map, left click against hex to 'paste' selected tile into place.
Yes all tried to date seem to work (although I can't say for certain that I have tested every single possible tile)...
APART from my problem noted above, namely, Arty Unit in Ocean Hex ?
BTW.. kudos to the author. This is an excellent little programme nonetheless.
Kate,
If you ever get around to reading this I'd appreciate your help / comments. I have some other questions that I'd like to direct your way.

I've tried it also. And it doesn't work. The author has probably a good explanation for it.

I had the same problem. So it isn't just you who has it. But now the strange part of it. A few days ago I tried it again (don't ask me why), and it's a miracle it works now. I haven't done/changed anything. So maybe you should try it once in a while.

when i've release the first version of the editor, i've send a mail to the french team of Days of Wonder (I think that it is them...) with a list of restrictions and their opinion on that (bunker/wood, river/units, ocean/various units ect...)
If you want any change...
I wait for the first extension for make the next major update, but if i have too many little bugs to correct, i can make a little patch!
