Can't get Memoir 44 online to work

Hey Everybody,
I installed Memoir 44 Online today, but when I open up the program it just opens up the window with a completely blank screen. The window has the memoir 44 logo and everything, but the screen is completely white. I uninstalled the program, downloaded the software, and reinstalled the program a second time, but nothing changed. After that I reinstalled Java and even installed Java 64, but that didn't do anything. I don't know much about computers, so if anyone knows what my problem might be I would really appreciate some help.
I don't know if it is relevant or not, but I live outside of the U.S.. I know some internet sites and applications are blocked out here. Also, me internet connection can be slow at times.

This sounds like a video driver issue. Could you verify you have the latest driver installed for your video card?
